Do You Know Why Pen Cap have a Hole ?

As we read if plastics are eaten it leads to death Casually when we use a pen for writing purpose  we keep the pen in mouth like a  hobbie  but we takes it  lyt  when we keep the  pen in mouth it causes to death   approximately there above 1000  people dying in these cases  and coming to the hole which present on the lid of the pen ? when keeping the pen kept in mouth gases releases in to nose and causes respiratory problems and causes death. and a plan suggested  bya  person named Byk in 1991 to keep the hole on the lid of the pen. when gases releases from the hole of the pen present on the lid of the pen that gases will evaporate and there power will be down.   After many researches scientists known this is the  reason.
