Why FAN"S have 3 Wings in INDIA and 4 in U.S.A?............

Summer is getting Ready to  Welcome  us, Now a days with out fan we can"t sit  for certain time and some people cannot sleep without fan. In our India fan"s have Three wings but in UNITED STATES of AMERICA fans"s have 4 wings? Y?. Here is my answer about 3 wings for fan"s. In our India we will have mostly hot weather  conditions so we prefer our fan"s to Have 3 wings.  Because of keeping 3 wings for Fan"s which the air generates from 3 wings fans"s will be Cool.

Coming to UNITED STATES of AMERICA there the weather will higher cool  so there fan"s have 4 wings. by keeping 4 wings for fan"s then the air which generates  from 4 winged fan will be low cool  and the  air from the 4 winged fan  will be some watt hot so they prefer all the fan"s to have 4 wings.
