Yahoo! …a Largest Techie Internet Industry announced on
Monday that Yahoo was going to Change its
Name as Altaba Inc, all the dealings with Verizon Communications came to
end according to deal company chief executive officer Marissa Mayer declared that as she was going
to resign. All the Internet core Business,
digital advertising, media Rights, and e-mails were sold to Verizon Communications
in the past and yahoo sounded they sold all the Industry
for 4.83 Billion Dollars (INR 32,491.41 Crores) and rumors came out that CEO
Marissa Mayer going to resign in the time of dealing process with Verizon
Communications after completing all the dealings that rumors became true statement
with her resign announcement on Monday
When Verizon Communications came to
dealing with yahoo, 2 times Data was stolen as it was declared firstly 500
million customer accounts and second time 100 crores data was stolen and a rumor
was revolving that Verizon Communications trying to make changes
in the dealing that they wants to stop economical changes of that stolen
accounts and they announced that the reason behind this dealing they want to
connect with yahoo! for the development after completing this dealings .Yahoo
Regulatory Panel declared that 5 of Yahoo directors going to resign where as
other directors going to control the Altaba Inc ,and yahoo finally
declared that Erric Brandt was going appoint as Chairman.
