In order to encourage cashless
payments HDFC allows payment services through facebook in order to this HDFC
launched CHATBOT Service called as ONCHAT that will allows users
to recharge there phones, to pay Electricity and DTH bills and also there was a
service to users to book UBER and OLA taxies, this service app Built
in to the Facebook messenger and also this services available to Non-HDFC
Bank users as well.
